About us
Our story and structure
Since 2015, we've built an exceptional team of professionals distributed around the world, who are uniquely skilled in creating, delivering, and supporting data initiatives. Our team brings together a diverse range of expertise, from data architects and analysts to strategic designers and policy specialists. What unites us is our commitment to using data to make a positive difference in the world.
As a worker co-operative, we're proud to be owned and run by the people who work here. This means that every member of our team has a stake in the success of our company and a voice in shaping its direction. We believe that this model fosters a culture of collaboration, openness, and shared purpose, helping us to deliver exceptional projects for our partners and the communities they serve.
We've had the privilege of working with a wide range of people and organisations, from charities to international institutions. We've seen how data can drive social change when it is used ethically and effectively. From making development and humanitarian aid more effective to building renewable energy infrastructure, to promoting public health our work brought positive change to communities around the world.
Data provides the foundation, but its collective imagination and purposeful action that makes change happen. We're working to build a future that's more transparent, more collaborative, and more equitable for all.

Our guiding principles
These guiding principles are the foundation upon which we build every partnership, every programme, and every initiative. By staying true to these principles, we strive to create a more transparent, collaborative, and equitable world, one project at a time.
Transparent
By sharing clear and understandable information, we empower people to make informed decisions, and building trust and accountability. This helps build stronger relationships, ultimately leading to more effective initiatives.
Cooperative
We recognise that complex challenges demand collaborative efforts. We bring together different perspectives to foster a rich exchange of ideas leading to data initiatives that are more robust, equitable and capable of driving long-term change.
Open
We embrace open data, open source technologies, and open knowledge sharing, recognising that these practices enable greater collaboration, innovation, and impact. By making our processes, tools, and insights accessible to all, we contribute to a global commons of knowledge and resources that can benefit communities worldwide.
Pragmatic
We focus on delivering results. We prioritise actions that are feasible and effective, adapting our strategies based on what works best in each unique situation. By being flexible and grounded in reality, we ensure that our efforts make a tangible and lasting impact on the communities we serve.
Purpose-driven
We measure our success by the positive impact we create in the lives of the people and communities we serve. Every decision we make and every action we take is guided by our dedication to serving the public good.
These guiding principles are the foundation upon which we build every partnership, every programme, and every initiative. By staying true to these principles, we strive to create a more transparent, collaborative, and equitable world, one project at a time.
