That allows us to work across the full shape of a challenge — from the people, organisations and policies involved to the data, systems and services that support them.
Bringing those perspectives together from the start helps us see how decisions in one part of the work affect another, and carry that understanding through into what we design, build and maintain.

That shapes a collaborative culture, with responsibility shared across the co-operative, and decisions grounded in what will work in practice.
Where we can, we make our code, methods, and learning open for others to use and build on.
